The story behind how our company was founded
We started our journey as job seekers just like you, with identified dream jobs but faced the same challenges of repeated rejections from employers. It was only during our careers in recruitment that we learned about the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
This realization sparked a passion within us to help our clients ensure their resumes were not simply lost in the digital void, but were viewed by real human recruiters. This marked the beginning of our journey to assist job seekers in getting their resumes noticed and achieving their career goals.

We Founded (2014)
Our story began in sunny Perth with a small team of only two people. Initially, we focused on recruitment and resume services part-time.

Our First Little Office (2015)
We secured our first office space on Hay Street in Subiaco and hired our first two full-time staff members. This marked a significant milestone for us, as we were able to expand our operations and create a dedicated workspace for our growing team.

Expand Team 16 (2017)
Within two years of our inception, our small team of two had grown into a team of 16 dedicated professionals. As our team expanded, we realized that we had the capacity and expertise to provide our services to job seekers beyond Perth. It was this realization that led us to offer our services nationwide, leveraging technology and innovation to provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of job seekers across Australia. Our continued growth and unwavering commitment to excellence has enabled us to build a strong reputation as one of the leading resume writing and recruitment firms in the country. Launch of Hero ATS (2019)
In 2019, we launched our very own custom software, developed from scratch. Our software has been designed to cater to the needs of both recruiters and job seekers, providing them with a seamless and intuitive platform to manage their recruitment needs. This bespoke software has given us a unique edge in the industry, as we have developed an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). This has allowed us to deliver superior services to our clients by optimizing their resumes for ATS compatibility, increasing their chances of getting noticed by recruiters and securing their desired job roles.
